Hi there my name is Glenn Palmer. I am a type one diabetic and I would just like to give my opinion on the doctors, GPs and staff here. A couple of weeks back I had major problems getting hold of my insulin which is an important medication for me, unfortunately I was due to pick up this prescription on the Monday but the pharmacy was closed and I had no insulin. Amazingly they managed to get some sent from the RD and E diabetic centre in Exeter too the doctors and a lovely and obviously dedicated lady named Katherine personally walked across to my home to give me my insulin! What an absolute hero! That really restored my faith in not only humanity but it made me realise there really are some amazing individuals out there still. The pharmacist Jill is also an incredible asset to the team she always sorts out my medications for me (of which there are many) even when there are bank holidays coming up she arranges for me to collect them early and Dr Tailby is an amazing and talented upcoming doctor with a promising future who is always there every time I need her to sort out the problem. She is compassionate and has empathy and is a genuinely lovely person I can’t rate these individuals highly enough! 10 out of 10.
